Hi Friends!
Our 4th and 6th graders have spent the last few weeks working on podcasts. They have done a wonderful job creating, rehearsing, recording and publishing their podcasts! Find your grade and school on the right or click the links below to check them out!
Hi all,
I know we all had fun creating our own Google Doodles a couple months ago and we have been waiting to see the contest results! Google announced their Doodle4Google State and Regional Finalists this week. You can all head to www.google.com/doodle4google to check out the winners and VOTE for your favorites! There are definitely some pretty neat creations to check out! I can’t wait to see which one wins!!!

We’re starting our work on our TIMELINES this week. There are many great, simple ways to create your timeline. Here are a couple ideas to check out!
You may use Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel to create a timeline that can include pictures and your information. Be sure to save it in your S Drive and you’ll be able to get back to edit it!
Or
Read Write Think has a Timeline Generator you may want to try. This is really simple to work with, but it can’t be saved.
Or
Here are a couple you may want to try from home. These are both free sites, but you need to have an email account to register. On these sites you can add sound, video, images and your information!
Hi Parents,
I would love the opportunity to meet with you during conferences! Your students have done some really neat projects and have worked hard in technology so far this year. They would love to show their work to you! Please feel free to stop by any of the following times:
Horizon: Monday, March 8th 5-8
Washington Woods: Thursday, March 11th 1-4
Hope: Thursday, March 11th 5-8
I’m looking forward to seeing you!

Hi everyone,
You may notice a couple changes to our website today! If you are looking for typing practice you can now click on the tab called “Typing Activities” at the top of the page. There you will find games like Falling Sheep, Typing Chef, and Dance Mat Typing. These games are not listed under your grade anymore.
Spend some time exploring some of the games you haven’t tried yet! Enjoy!

Hi Friends,
We’re starting off today by taking a quick survey about technology! Just click on the link below. As soon as you’ve finished, you can practice typing. We’ll take about 10 minutes!
Welcome friends!
This website will be our home for the year! Take some time to explore today. Look for your grade at the top of the screen and take a look around!
